Price Gurantee
Not only price match, I offer the cheapest rental price on the market. Please give me a call if you found any cheaper. I will beat it. Remember to include damage waiver or insurance, taxes, and shipping in the comparison price if any of these charges will apply.
Payment Method
I require payment when the order is placed. We cannot reserve equipment for you without a payment. Currently I accept PayPal (No paypal account need, accept major credit cards from Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express), or cash payments. If you need any help with payments or have any questions about payment options, please call or email for more details.

Security Deposit
I do not require security deposits for the majority of orders with me. After a security review, I may ask you for additional insurance or for a deposit on very large orders or for very expensive items. If this will be required of you, I will contact you with options well before your order ships. If a deposit is required, that hold will be released as soon as the equipment is returned undamaged. Note there is still a deductible for accidental damage equal to 10% of the value of the item.

3rd Party Insurance
Some of our very expensive gear will require insurance in order to rent. We make sure to note this requirement at the bottom of the product page of all of the affected products, so you will not find any surprises!

When will I be charged for the order?
When you place your order, an authorization hold in the amount of the rental will be put on your card immediately. How we handle this authorization differs depending on when your order is set to ship.

If your order ships within 7 days from the day you placed your order, you will see this transaction completed the day your order ships. 

If your order ships 7 days or more from the day you placed your order, then I will release this authorization hold. Most banks will reflect this within 1-5 business days. The time line varies by bank. As your ship date approaches--usually 2 days before your order ships--we will run a new authorization on your card for the rental amount and complete the payment transaction the day your order ships.

If I ask you to provide a deposit, I will authorize and complete that transaction separately before your order ships.
Shipping & Pickup 
I've proud to offer convenient shipping to your home, business and UPS locations. In select areas, I provide affiliate locations for secure pickup.  

Where do I ship?
Anywhere in the continental US. I do not provide service to Alaska or Hawaii at this time.

Is signature required?
Yes, a signature is required on all packages for security purposes.

Shipping Methods
Rentals do not automatically include shipping rates. The shipping charges at the time you book your rental include round trip shipping. You will receive a pre-paid UPS return label with your rental order that you will use when returning the item to us. I offer standard and overnight services with the option of next day air, 2 day air AM services, and Saturday delivery for an extra fee. Both UPS and FedEx offer Saturday delivery for $40 extra per package. Please contact me for more information about these services!

UPS Pickup
Deliveries are now safer and easier with Local Pickup at over 4000+ UPS® Offices across the nation with many locations open nights and weekends.  Select the UPS Office Local Pickup that works best for you on checkout and that’s where your rental will be delivered. From the date of delivery, you have five business days to pick up your package. Important Note: Your rental period begins the day it arrives at your UPS Office Local Pickup.

Return Policy
I advise my customers to never use a hotel, workplace shipping department, UPS or FedEx drop box, 3rd party shipping facilities, or any shipping service outside of the US to ship back your rental. You will almost always incur a late fee by using these methods. If the courier comes late to pickup or loses your package, you will have to pay a late fee and possibly replacement fee as well. A copy of the return instructions can also be found here. If you still have questions, please feel free to contact us. 

Until the package is shipped back and shows up in the carrier’s possession, you will be held liable. If the package does not show up as tracked with the carrier, unfortunately you will be liable for the cost to replace the gear, or the late fees once the package begins to track with the carrier. We recommend dropping off your rental to a staffed drop point and securing a receipt as proof. 

I Returned My Personal Gear
This happens from time to time -- a memory card is left in a camera, or a tripod mount is attached to a lens collar, etc. I'll do my best to get your equipment back to you, but are NOT RESPONSIBLE for anything that is left with a rental, period.

Cancellation Policy
I understand that plans change and you should not punished for that. I will gladly help you cancel an order with a full refund, provided no part of the order has shipped. Unfortunately orders may not be canceled after all or part of the order is in transit to you. Once your rental order has shipped, you are responsible for the cost of shipping, the 1-Day rental price on all shipped items, and any applicable tax. You are still welcome to refuse delivery or use the included return label to return early for a refund of any unused rental days. For orders shipping Ground, shipping may take place up to 4 business days before you are scheduled to receive the equipment. If you think you may need to cancel or reschedule an order, please let us know as soon as possible. I reserve the right to assess a fee under certain circumstances if I suspect abuse of this policy.
